Appetizers are a great option for reception style events encouraging guests to mingle while giving them the opportunity to taste a little bit of everything. A minimum variety of 3-4 appetizers is recommended for a 2-hour event while a minimum of 4-5 appetizers is recommended when replacing dinner or for longer events. Minimum 15 people.
