Like everyone else we are constantly watching the ever moving situation with Covid-19. To protect both our customers and Ladle Lady employees we are implementing the following changes.

First, all delivery drivers will be given gloves and sanitizer when near or handling any food. Safety of everyone involved is our top priority.

Secondly, for the time being we will be delivering all orders in a no-contact procedure. Left outside a door and ringing a doorbell or knocking. We will still call or text we are on our way to help reduce confusion. We are encouraging self-distancing and working with potential self-quarantines while still happy to deliver you delicious soup when you would like.

Lastly, due to increased volume all orders are now required to be placed via the website at theladlelady.com we have increasingly had incidents of mis-translation over the phone and text/Facebook orders exceeding inventory.

This also allows us to accomplish the no-contact delivery. The website still accepts credit cards, Vimeo and PayPal. We apologize that cash options aren’t available for the time being.
